- MaxSpread – if the spread is bigger than the value specified here, Hunter Scalper won’t trade
- MaxSlippage – Set here what maximum slippage you can take on your account
- HourStart – Start Trading time
- HourEnd – Start Trading time
- Lots – Lot Size
- UseRisk – Automated lot calculation
- MaxRisk – Max Risk as a percentage of Equity, the greater this percentage is, the greater the lot size. Only work if UseRisk is True.
- StopLoss – Stop Loss in points, default is 30 but often closes earlier in response to the sign.
- TakeProfit – Take Profit in points, default 10

I am sorry but this EA is a disaster in backtesting 99%. Not worth the time.
Maybe your modelling quality not reaching 90%, or worst case, your data history not adequate enough
I got 99.9% tick modeling and it had very bad results with the preset 15m provided.
From 2011 to 2017 to looses half the account

Hey, has anyone tried running this EA in the live market?
I have backtested it a dozen of times and seems to be making some deceeeent profit, but I got it on my live market now and it doesnt open any trades.
I got same thought.. want to try it with real account. Can you tell us why it doesn’t open any trades? FYI, this EA only open at some certain hour (before NY closing time and Wellington open time). Have you checked on this matter?
Hey Rex, Actually it did end up opening and you are right it is before the NY closing time. So working fine.
I tested it on demo for about one month it was very good.but I don’t understand it works in real or not So I’ll test it on real as soon as possible.bay the way the backrest was so good too.

This EA only works well in demo account. I already tested on live with IC Markets, it can’t really works well because this EA trade during the rollover period, when rollover period having a lot of slippage, some trades get 10 pips of negative slippage! Listen carefully, it is slippage not spreads. I use slippage monitor to check the slippage, some trades having 6 pips slipoage when open trade, then when closing trade get another 6 pips of slippage, so total already -12pips, still not yet count the drawdown.

actually.. this is good.. this is just like pirate one, so put it on eurchf for betterr result!
anything chf pair always end up smooth with this kind of ea, so far i found pirate one, hunter scalper, and theorem do the job…. remember, use broker that the chf pair spread less than 20 when market open, if more than 20 it doesnt do the job
can you suggest a broker with spread less than 20 during those times ?

I can say this EA is really good, I backtest a lot of scenarios and timeframes with thousands of configurations, and put it in some demo accounts with excellent results, now I have the EA in 2 real accounts, the first a 400usd that become in 900 in some weeks and continue scalping, and another account with 1000usd and is working very well, I find the correct config after thousand of hours of testing, and I use and aggressive configuration with big loots, for me is all in or nothing. I use a raw account with zero-low spreads in a VPS server for better results.

This EA just trades 2 hours per day, when the market has less volatility, do you need a broker with low spreads, Raw account is recommended.

mine VPS only have 0.64ms with ic markets, but still getting more than 10 pips of slippage during opening/closing trade, this is due to rollover period, so don’t try this on your live account, and forget about the latency, it doesn’t help during rollover period.
I ran this in ICmarket raw spread account and exness zero spread account. Results are very good. From last one week I am running on icmarket live account. So results are good and satisfying. I recommend this EA. Yes some time slippage hits but overall it gives good results
How are the live trading results?
Honestly the soundest EA I have ever used, I have tested this on a live account for nearly two months altering the parameters. One thing to beware of is that this bot will work during some incredibly high-spread times so back testing is not always accurate. I have tested this on 8 pairs so far and the best 3 are EURUSD, USDGBP and the forex minor EURGBP which works brilliantly. I have had some results with AUDUSD and USDJPY but nothing consistent with large drawdowns. Do not use CHF pairs or forex exotics as the volatility / spreads are too severe to work. I have also used this bot only 23-24 time only as opposed to 23-1 which performs with much lower drawdowns and has allowed me to increase the risk from 2% to 10%, the dynamic stop loss is a key feature in reducing losses as I very rarely have trades hitting the SL. In one solid month of backtesting using EURGBP, GBPUSD and EURUSD on 23-24 only and 10% risk I recorded a max drawdown of 6% and a total monthly gain of 28% however the monthly result varies usually between 15-30%. I have not found an EA quite like this in some time and certainly not from this website as most are martingale. Just one tip, USE A LOW-SPREAD BROKER otherwise its not worth it, especially with some trades closing at 0000-0100.
Oh and I should note I use the 5m timeframe, takes more trades than the 15m with similar results per-trade.
