some EAs maybe not good but some are good but we too greedy to get profit as much as possible. You can try Wise EA with USDCAD pair. just don’t forget to not trade if there is high impact news

How DUMB are you not knowing that most EAs on this site are “FREE”. Be thankful for someone who spoon-fed you.
GoldOwl is a simple renamed version of FxCoreGold …. if you pay 1000$ you can rename the bot and you can sell it like a “new” bot…. anyway FxCoreGold is a good bot -if you find a good settings (specially for gold) – you can earn with it! (but NOT with 100$ account balance! forget it!!!)

Yes, you should close the actual trades.
For me, its be best gold EA with many options to protect your account. When you use an EA you need to know the market and there isn’t any EA that will make you rich.
Sadly for me, the EA says license expired, hope someone fix that soon.

did anyone try this???
I am currently running it on a demo account. The default settings on XAUUSD H1 seems to average about $100 a day with fairly low drawdown.
How it will act on a live account where transactions are not instant, I’m not sure yet.
UPDATE: I noticed that it’s not opening the trades lot sizes in the same way as the original which doubled the size each time (1, 2, 4, 8, 16, etc)
What just happened on my demo was it opened (1, 2, 4, 1, 1, 1, 1.28)
If it had opened the 8, 16, and 32 properly I would have closed in profit. But it didn’t, and then when it opened the 1.28 it took a dive and closed at -$600, which would have been a loss for most prop firms.
As I mentioned before as well, it does not seem to be opening hedge trades to keep drawdown low like it was in the original either.
I’m wondering if when the programmer was removing the expired license feature, if they somehow broke the code.

Have you noticed any difference in how it acts from the base version?
I’m not sure if it’s just me, but it doesn’t seem like it acts the same. Even with hedging turned on, it doesn’t seem to do any hedging whereas the original seemed to do it fairly consistently. It also doesn’t seem to multiply the trades lot size the same way.
Anyone bought the paid version of this EA?
Where to get the original/genuine version? I only see some resellers, and very likely the same expired EAs. “FX core gold” seems to be the original that can be bought.

Not sure why, but this bot seems to be failing the challenges and funded accounts lately (since early July 2022). The DD keeps increasing until failed. I won’t use it any longer.

Hey! I managed to get a good setting on backtesting. But it seems like the EA is set to some kind of session profit close. Where the EA stops after I don’t know which condition. Do you guys know of any profit condition that the EA closes? Thanks in advance

According to the instructions on the original seller, the bot is only meant to be used in the asian sesion (6pm-3am EST aprox*). also use your custom settings to protect your account and change the magic numbers to something random everytime you change the settings. I created a low fund demo account with IC Markets (3k aprox*) and I’m in the middle of testing. I will post an update later about bot performance in those settings.

Hello, I am using the bot with a test fund in true forex Funds. I started the test with a negative 5% trying other bots. I found this one and it made my account positive and now I’m almost 7% up. The configuration is XAUUSD 1H with universal gold presets.
what do you choose in presets.. i don’t understand how to install presets. copy all or one by one can you show me the installation! why does this bot run without setting stoploss? that is against the law. How is the desktop bot installed? Is there a stop loss?
The bot does not use stoploss because it has a maximum loss of 2.5% configured. comes with presets. The one that I use appears in the normal account folder (gold universal) I put it in load and it is configured only
