I recommend only H1 . Some others recommend even higher TF like H4 but for some reason my strategy tester does not work on that. I am presenly running this on a live account.
I used setfile provided by Forex Cracked. The EA has potential but it is a martingale. I will not recommend it for a small account.

This EA is holy grail, but still some functions are not working in this Cracked version, but dont know about the real one. with TF higher than 5m and enough space (grid) between trades, this generates good steady but decent income in 500$ account.
