Binary Circle Indicator is an indicator system that gives easy-to-use buy/sell signals. It usually being sold for 169$ a month. This set-up will suit Scalpers and Binary Traders. It uses trend lines, support and resistance, and other complex strategies.
This indicator is created for the MT4 platform only. Great for M15 or M30 timeframes. But you can use any. If used for binary options, a 15-minute chart is desirable, and each trade should have a 10-15 minute expiration date.
The binary Circle system can give you trading signals you can take as they are or add your additional chart analysis to filter the signals further, which is recommended. Trading rules
Rule 1: A red circle appears for a sale. (Same opposite condition for a buy trade)
Rule 2: Trade immediately or wait for the next circle.
Rule 3: Avoid big candles in the market and avoid trading new candles after the circle.

Pessoal, o indicador não repinta, vocês ficam reclamando, porque ao mudarem o Timeframe o indicador realmente vai recalcular, sendo assim não significa que ele repintou. Repintar é quando o indicador recalcula no gráfico sem mudar o timeframe, isso sim é repintar.
